In order to join the Civil War Round Table of Palm Beach County we would ask you to fill out the following form.  Once you have done this you are invited to attend our meetings on the second Thursday of each month.  At your first meeting you will be asked to pay the dues of $25.00 per year for an individual or $30.00 for a family.
